Travelling time is not charged to the customer unless it exceeds 45 minutes from Brisbane City in which case travelling time will be charged at $45.00 per hour. Parts and software which may be required to fix your problem are not included in the per hour charge. For home users and students the service price is reduced to $45.00 per hour.       Pre Purchase Software Support & Labour   Special rates apply if you wish to pre purchase ten hours at a time. The normal $65.00 charge is reduced to $50.00 allowing you to purchase 10 hours software support or labour for repairs at $500.00. Having pre purchased software support guarantee faster responces to your problems and priority booking. Pre Purchase Software Support is not available for Students or Home Users.       Telephone Support   Quite a few problems these days can be solved over the phone, that is why we have introduced pre pay telephone support. It's not a timed charge, actually a per solution charge, so if during your call we don't fix your problem you will not lose any credits that you have purchased. Credits can be purchased at $10.00 each and one credit buys one telephone call solution.
